Donation Boxes For Japan Earthquake

Get A Donation box for your establishment

Last week's earthquake and tsunami in Japan caused wide-spread disaster and killed more than ten thousand in the region of North eastern Japan. Japanese group members in Vietnam have formed a committee to raise funds to help and support Japan by setting up donation boxes at restaurants, shops and medical facilities.

App Whiz Wins Big

Computer application writer Huynh Nguyen Huy Sinh won VND1 billion in the Samsung Bada Developer Challenge last month. Sinh’s application Quan va Ti Quay won the entertainment category. The billion dong prize money broke the Vietnamese record for the biggest cash prize for an application writing contest by a company.

Photos for Japan’s Earthquake Victims

Japanese photographer Wakako Iguchi is selling prints in order to raise funds for the victims of the devastating earthquake that recently hit Japan. Each 17cm x 25.5cm image is printed on matte paper. The suggested payment of US$30 will go directly to the Red Cross Japan.
