The brunch begins at 11.30am where guests can enjoy a range of dishes courtesy of Chef de Cuisine, Michele Gulizzi. The buffet includes seafood on ice, antipasti, asparagus ravioli, Australian lamb, Pasqualina cake, Neopolitan Pastiera cake, hot cross buns and Easter eggs. All kids will receive an extra sweet treat in the form of a chocolate Easter bunny.
